DEMATHIEU BARD led the consortium with amazing foresight on aspects where difficulties inevitably arise: coordination of expert appraisal and tunneling teams to validate work procedures; relations with local residents; supporting the project manager by providing permanent guarantees concerning the quality of operations, etc.
This flexibility and expertise in management of major projects allowed us to propose variants for the tunnel intersection structure, which was beneficial for continuation of operations.’
