CONSTRUCTION METHOD

Shallow foundations, cast-in-place walls, pre-slab and hollow-core slab floors, precast beams cardboard column formwork, glued laminated timber frame and timber truss, mixed wood and aluminum joinery.

• • Building envelope in timber-frame walls and three-slope green roof in corrugated sheeting, KNX building control system (climate control, lighting and blinds).
• • Acoustic ceiling in BASWA phon.
