Main building with 2,900 m² of usable floor area / 4,100 m² total floor area: 1 25-meter sports pool, 8 lanes with bleachers, 1 190-m² leisure pool, 1 225-m² pool for swimming lessons and aquatic activities, 1 75-m² paddling pool, 1 wellness area with sauna, steam room and spa.
7,000-m² outdoor park with coping , play area and water slide.

SPECIFIC TECHNICAL FEATURES

• Self-protected waterproofing on pool shell, single- and double-skin metal cladding, concrete coating, aluminum exterior joinery and curtain walls.
• Heating system connected to the heating network, supplementary heating via gas boiler, hot water heating via heating system, underfloor heating for coping, radiators for technical facilities, thermodynamic air treatment in indoor pool areas.
