CONSTRUCTION OF A GENERAL EDUCATION HIGH SCHOOL FOR 900 STUDENTS

Construction of a general education high school for 900 students, with 6,036 m² of usable floor area, including a cafeteria, six staff housing units, and a multi-sport gymnasium with 1,534 m² of usable floor area located outside the high school complex in the Châteaurenard sports field.

CONSTRUCTION METHOD

  • • Buildings laid on shallow foundations
  • • Walls created with cast-in-place concrete
  • • Floors made of precast slabs + compression slab

  • • All visible concrete is low carbon
  • • Gymnasium roof support beams in pre-stressed concrete

  • • 29.5 ml prestressed beams

  • • Note : the aluminum exterior joinery work package (€1,500,000) was carried out by own production teams
