DBOM CONTRACT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION, MAINTENANCE AND UPKEEP OF MARIE CURIE MIDDLE SCHOOL IN FONTOY

The work includes the demolition of the existing structure and construction of a new building with 21 classrooms, cafeteria and three staff accommodation units.
The project is broken down into phases, during which the school will remain open.
Modular units were installed in the school courtyard for students.

CONSTRUCTION METHOD

• Concrete post and beam structure
• Facade in timber panels
• Exterior joinery in triple-glazed aluminum, to meet passive building standards

  • • 1,200 m² of Caraïne metal cladding
  • • 400 m² of Eternit fiber cement sheeting
  • • 120 m² collective kitchen
